HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

How to book a room:

In order to make a hotel reservation please:
(To avoid double charges please send the form only once!)

• Online registration and hotel booking will be available in November 2009. Internet booking is preferred by the organisers.
• Complete the appropriate section of the registration form and send or fax it to the address mentioned on the top of the form.
• Payment should be made in Euros, without charges for the beneficiary.

When to book a room:

In each hotel a limited number of rooms has been provisionally reserved for Congress participants. It is strongly advised to book as early as possible to ensure reservation of the preferred hotel. Deadline for hotel reservations is 31 August 2010.
