The late registration fee will apply for any forms received after 18 June 2010. Registrations received after 19 September 2010 will be processed as on-site registrations. Reservations for the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception (included in the fee) as well as for all optional activities (have to be paid in addition to the fee) must be indicated on the Registration Form.
Fellowships
The Local Organising Committee of the 19th Congress of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology will offer 300 grants of reduced registration fee (i.e. €100) to dermatologists / venereologists whose economic means are not otherwise supported, to attend the above mentioned congress, 6 - 10 October 2010, Gothenburg, Sweden. Fellowships are only assigned to individuals. Companies or travel agencies are not eligible for fellowships. Please note that block bookings receive no consideration. If you would like to apply for a grant, please send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to either the address below or email to: president(at)EADVGothenburg2010.org.

Name Badge
All delegates and accompanying persons will receive a name badge on-site. The name badge is your ticket for booked activities and sessions. Admission to the congress will not be allowed without badge identification.
Confirmation
When appropriate fees have been received, a confirmation/invoice will be sent to participants. This authentification should be presented at the registration desk in Gothenburg.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of participation up to 19 June 2010 the registration fee will be refunded deducting a handling fee of €28 per person. After 19 June 2010 there will be no refund whatsoever. For name changes €20 handling fee will be charged in every case. Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when returning your registration form. We will charge €20 for the rewriting of invoices. All refunds will be made within 2 months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges might be deducted.
Method of Payment
Payment should be made in Euros, without charges for the beneficiary as follows:
- By credit cards (American Express, Eurocard/ Mastercard, Visa) Your card number, expiry date, credit card verification number, date and signature have to be indicated on the registration form.
- By bank transfer. If you wish to transfer the fee, please send your registration form in order to receive the bank details on the invoice. A bank charge of € 10 will be charged for every transfer. Emails requesting bank details will not be considered.
- On-site payments can also be made in cash.
Letter of Invitation
Those persons needing an official invitation letter in order to attend the congress may contact: president(at)EADVGothenburg2010.org specifying the necessary details. This service is designed only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the congress. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or other expenses.
Registration, Information & CME Desk
The registration desk will be located in the entrance hall of the Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre, Gothenburg. The CME desk as well as the information desk will be located close to the registration desk.
Certificate of Attendance
Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the registration desk.
Exhibition
A large industry exhibition will run alongside the Congress. Interested companies are advised to contact the PCO.
Venue
The first Swedish exhibition was held in Gothenburg in 1918. Since then the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre has continued to develop in close collaboration with the various sectors of trade and industry. Today it is one of the most effective meeting places in Northern Europe. It holds every year around 30 exhibitions and hundreds of conferences. With its unique central location in one of the biggest cities in Scandinavia it attracts over one million visitors each year and is an especially attractive place for cultivating business contacts.
